The sky was really like that, it's just a single image with some post-processing. I had to play with the exposure of the foreground/background because of the wide dynamic range. When she was properly exposed, the sky was blown out and when the sky was exposed properly she was in shadow. So I used two different exposure settings on the same image and masked them together. I also removed an electrical transformer near the post which was just bugging me.
